In-District Choice application

This application is for residents of the Holt/Dimondale District and approved non-resident students already attending Holt/Dimondale District to request a school other than the school to which they have been assigned.
Guidelines and Procedures
Consideration for an In-District Choice will be based on the following:
Applications must be received on or before April 17, 2020.
Applications will be approved if there is sufficient space in the grade of the school requested. If there are more applications than space available, In-District Choice students will be assigned using a random selection method.
School assignments for the following school year will be based on the following priority for students enrolled in a school as of the last Friday in May.
Students currently attending the school, including all existing approved Schools of Choice students.
Students within a school's defined walking attendance area.
Students who reside in a school's attendance area.
New In-District Choice students from other Holt District attendance areas.
Parents and legal guardians will be notified of the disposition of their In-District Choice request no later than May 22, 2020.
