The Office of Information Technology Services is responsible for the managment of information technology resources within the Holt Public School District. Our staff is responsible for the selection, procurement, operation, and support of all IT systems. We facilitate the Holt Public School Mission and Vision by providing the tools, training, and support which enable all stakeholders to effectively use operational and instructional technologies.

Holt Public Schools is requesting proposals for the following equipment:
Qty 1: UPS with input 480; preferred manufacturer Vertiv or similar; Model 30kva EXM UPS. The UPS will replace an existing 40 kva Comet. The UPS must include a manual bypass. All options to meet the need of replacing the current UPS will be reviewed and considered including the following:
- Option 1: One 30kva unit
- Option 2: Two smaller rack units
Also please include the cost of:
- Minimum of 3 year software monitoring and support
- Any shipping charges
Proposals are due by Friday, March 12, 2021, no later than 1:00 p.m.
