2010-11 School Times
Teachers and staff in Holt Public Schools meet most Wednesdays in either the mornings (grades 7-12) or afternoons (K-6) for professional development and collaboration. Elementary and middle school students are dismissed at 1:40 and 1:30 p.m. respectively, and secondary students arrive at either 10:15 a.m. (grades 7-8), 10:35 a.m. for grade 9, or 10:30 a.m. (grades 10-12). The total annual instructional hours comply with State of Michigan requirements.
Kindergarten A.M. 8:25 a.m. to 11:34 a.m. Kindergarten P.M. 12:12 to 3:20 p.m. Grades 1-4 full days 8:25 a.m. to 3:20 p.m.
Grades K-4 half days 8:25 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Grades K-4 Wednesday Early Dismissal Kindergarten P.M. Wednesdays 11:20 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. Grades 1-4 Wed. early dismissals 8:25 a.m. to 1:40 p.m.
Grades 5-6 Full days 8:35 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday early dismissals 8:35 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
