The Ingham County Health Department will hold an H1N1 Vaccination Clinic at Holt High School on Saturday, November 14, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. This clinic is targeted for pregnant women, families with an infant under the age of 6 months, children between the ages of 6 months and 4 years, children between the ages of 5 and 18 with medical conditions that put them at higher risk for influenza-related complications, and adults ages 19-64 with medical conditions that put them at higher risk for flu-related complications. Parents of children under the age of 18 will be required to fill out a consent form, which can be found on the website of the Ingham County Health Department: http://hd.ingham.org (then click the H1N1 Web Page link). If you would like the consent form ahead of time but do not have online computer access, forms will be available for pick-up in each school office.
